Coco Bongo Cancun ticket

Paid for Royal Service - still queued ages to get in, once in, staff seemed to not know what to do. Once sat, it took ages for show to get started. Had to pay more for drinks (I.e. champagne/prosecco), was told cheapest bottle was $210 USD. Waiter was frosty & rude. Dancing was okay, it was our honeymoon but met with YouTube videos in the background - no real show, very average. Left after 1/2 hour. Exit was a seedy back entrance & offered cocaine. Not worth the money at all, paid £250+ GBP.

The show itself is out of this world. It’s fantastic. There is way too many people shoved into a small space. The staff are actually quite rude, they just push past you constantly. They spend the whole night trying to upsell tables and seats. They wanted £120 for a table on the dance floor- no seats just a table to place your drinks on, we saw people move away from their table to go to the bathroom and staff would resell their tables and people would then share. The show was fabulous though

Bought gold tickets but definitely not served premium drinks, show was good, drinks very poor

Good show. Talented artists. Only thing we noticed this time was that there was too many shots of the crowd throughout the performance. It did seem more about the people than the actual show. Also it would be better if transport was provided like it is if booked from the report as taxis could be very expensive if not aware of how to deal with touts. However we managed to sort an uber there but normal taxi back. We bartered the price down but could have been intimidating for others.

Not everyone in the party received food and those that did receive said it was cold. Excellent bar service and we were able to upgrade ticket on the day to gold member area for just $15. Show was excellent and very entertaining, would definitely recommend.
