We paid a lot of money for the diamond package and after 2 hours with 6 adults squashed into a vehicle we arrived at Mystic Mountain to be told that there would be no ATV or bobsled or ragamuffin!!! Only the chairlift and zip lines ( which we never intended using) were open.So after refusing to go in it was 4 hours of our holiday we will never get back and so far haven't received refund yet

A very pleasurable day out. My only criticism is we booked the platinum package and wasn't aware that Dunns River Falls was also included. It didn't say it was anywhere on the booking. Our transport arranged to pick us up after 3 hours at the park before we were made aware of the addition of DRF. The experience was rushed, luckily we had already been to DRF on a previous excursion but if we hadn't, there was enough time to include it, we had to rush our lunch as it was.

So at last I can leave a better review of a TUI excursion, this one was enjoyable but wasn’t worth the money paid for, we were staying in Montego Bay so it was a good 1 1/2 hours drive away, the booking in process was a bit chaotic but eventually we got our wrist band. Worth noting that if you want to do the ATV you must have your physical driving licence with you. The lunch provided was basic but nice and again not easily understood what you could have without asking.

Great park had a really enjoyable day. On arrival was advised that the TUI Platinum package comes with unlimited rides on bobsled and raggamuffin as well as everything else included. Lunch included was delicious we had Jerk chicken with rice and beans and a fruit juice. The trip is expensive so would not do again. The view from a the sky explorer was well worth it ! Amazing views over the bay. Highly Recommend
