Please meet your tour lead at the top of the MTA staircase, directly across from the SUMMIT entrance. If you arrive late, check in with the box office, as you may not be able to be accommodated on a later tour.

What to remember

Not allowed:

Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats, and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring is not permitted
There is no storage for personal items. Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed

Please note that skip-the-line tickets are timed. You must arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your entrance ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity
You might not be able to get in if you arrive more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee
Professional photo opportunities are available throughout the tour and included in the premium experience
